Sewer Joint Compound is a cold applied mastic joint sealer for pipe. It is a bituminous material of such consistency that it can be applied to the joints with a trowel when the temperature of the air is between 20°F and 100°F. The compound adheres to concrete or clay pipe making a watertight seal that will not flow, crack or become brittle when exposed to the atmosphere.
Meets Federal Specification SS-C-153C Type I, ASTM D-4586-93.

Pipe Lube
PURE LUBE 400 is designed for lubricating slip-on or “O” Ring type joints without harming rubber or plastic gaskets. It adheres to both wet or dry surfaces and is a subaqueous lubricant. No taste or odor is transferred to fluids in pipe system. PURE LUBE 400 is non toxic, biodegradable and does not support bacteria growth, and is approved for potable water pipe.

Water Based Acrylic Coatings
A smooth, glossy tri-polymer based coating that dries hard in 20-60 minutes depending on the temperature and humidity. A brush or spray coat gives a waterproof finish to the concrete that can be sprayed with bronzing type paints shortly after drying with no bleeding. Available in black, white, and clear. Other colors and grades of texture are available upon request. Recommended application is by paint roller, brush, or conventional airless spray equipment.
A unique blend of polymers that forms an excellent waterproof membrane. Consisting of rubber and polimer, this emulsion base coating has outstanding appearance and protection properties. Formulated and field tested to be mildew resistant and color stable with no sub-surface bleed-through under normal conditions. Provides outstanding color stability, weatherability and flexibility. Available in Black-#6053 and Tan-#6057 colors. Applied by brush, roller or spray. Mix thoroughly prior to the application.
Liquid Asphalt Coating
An asphalt emulsion product designed for dampproofing precast concrete pipe and structures. #63 offers smoother, more consistent coverage, effectively sealing pores in concrete against infiltration of ground water. Can be spray or rolled applied. The non-flammable, water-based carrier also provides safer installation for the applicator and minimizes harmful effects to the environment. #63 can be applied to surfaces at temperatures below freezing (down to 10οF).
#91 Dampproofing is an asphalt cutback product designed for dampproofing precast concrete pipe and structures. #91 offers smoother, more consistent coverage, effectively sealing pores in concrete against infiltration of ground water. Can be spray or rolled applied.
