Cements and Adhesives
A heavy bodied trowel grade mastic designed with wet & dry technology for wet or damp surfaces. This cement is ideal for constructing flashings, repairing roof leaks, pointing around chimneys and similar patching or flashing jobs.

SBS Adhesives
A Premium blend of asphalt, solvents, polymers, and non-asbestos fibers blended to a spray or brush consistency. This is designed specifically to be used as cold process adhesive for adhering SBS modified Bitumen Ply membranes.

Coatings

Same as our #80F Coating, but with using a softer base asphalt with a lower V.O.C. And utilizing our wet and dry technology.

Quick drying asphalt with a thin consistency. Brush, squeegee, or spray applied to asphalt, BUR, concrete, or metal roofs to prepare for asphalt coatings.
A blend of asphalt, solvents, non-asbestos fibers, and various penetrating oils. Resurfaces and rejuvenates roof decks with a soft flexible coating. Use on most types of surfaces, except coal tar.

A unique blend of acrylic polymers that has an excellent resistance to ponding water. It is an emulsion base roof coating of outstanding appearance and protection, formulated and field tested to be mildew resistant and color stable with no sub surface bleed through under normal conditions. Designed for use on metal roofs, wood roof decks and concrete roof decks. #6800 may be applied directly over BUR asphalt, cement or clay tile, asphalt emulsions, and modified bitumen membranes.
An elastomeric bitumen tri polymer emulsion designed as base coat for excellent adhesion to most roofing surfaces. #8240 is UV stable and can be used as finished roof surface. It forms a highly flexible, monolithic membrane of protection on new or retrofitted roofing projects. Since it is fully adhered it prevents water from moving laterally underneath the coating. #8240 is an excellent primer for silicone roof coatings. It is environmentally friendly and contains no solvents. This product is odorless, non-toxic and non-flammable.
Aluminum Coatings
The highest quality aluminum coating consisting of oxidized cutback asphalt, non-asbestos fibers, and 3 lbs. of premium grade aluminum pigments. Used to surface modified bitumen membranes, BUR, and re-roof applications.

An elastomeric aluminized asphalt emulsion coating formulated to conform to all V.O.C. and V.O.S. regulations for a safer environment. Makes an excellent UV coating with excellent flexibility and weatherability characteristics.
Hot Rubber
An environmentally friendly, hot applied, rubberized asphalt formulated to provide a monolithic fully bonded waterproofing membrane. It is hot poured in a single or fabric reinforced application. Pure Asphalt – EV Grade is composed of a specially selected blend of refined asphalts, synthetic rubber and mineral stabilizers and contains at least 20% post-consumer recycled content. It is modified with additives to promote adhesion and improve low temperature flexibility.
